OBJECTIVE: Create collateral that aligns with the event's theme as set by the contract designer.
BACKGROUND: The Let It Be The Holidays Charity Brunch Benefit is an afternoon of celebration for the moms of the foundation to come together along with other invited guests and sponsors to celebrate the beginning of the holiday season. The event offers a mimosa bar, vendor booths, food, and a table decorating contest. Therefore the event requires a number of signs to let people know what's available.
THEME AND COLOR PALETTE: Our contract graphic designer created the public invitation to the event. The design brief requested that the event be holiday themed without a tie-in to a specific religious holiday, with a very feminine color palette to go with the moms' theme.  Below is the general invitation the contract designer created that was used as a reference for further created collateral I made.
MOMS INVITATION: I was tasked with creating an invitations specifically for the moms of the foundation. This one was to include the important information as well as how to RSVP for the event. This invitation was to be sent via email, and the person that tasked me with the project requested that it would be in JPEG format.
SPONSOR WELCOME: The first thing that guests see when they arrive to the entrance of the venue is the welcome sign. It showcases the event's main sponsors and gives a special thank you message to those involved in making the event possible.
BRUNCH PROGRAM: The brunch benefit required a program that served as an agenda, showcased the foundation's corporate donors and sponsors, and showed a few of the kids the foundation cares for (faces censored for privacy). The inside of the program was to have brief descriptions of some of the programs the foundation offers it's families.  All text was laid out in Adobe InDesign to make the manipulation of the programs copy efficient.
MISCELLANEOUS: The event required various other print media that was to be presented on tables throughout the venue.  Some were to show recipes for attendees to follow along to make their own mimosas.  Another was a sign with prices for the event's raffles and mimosa tickets.  And finally a voting ballot, so that attendees could participate in the table decorating contest and vote for their favorite tables.
